What’s HeyMi?
HeyMi is our private AI assistant. Your people use it on the company’s own information, such as the P&L, contracts and board papers. It’s hosted in Australia and private to your business.
Is our information used to train AI?
No. Your data never trains public AI platforms. HeyMi runs on models we host ourselves, so your questions don’t go to an outside AI service.
Can we take our data back, or have it deleted?
Yes, both. You own your data. On request we hand it back, or delete it entirely, wherever it is held. You also control how long conversation history is kept.
Does our data ever leave Australia?
No. HeyMi is hosted in Australia, and your data is stored, processed and backed up here. It never leaves the country, and your questions aren’t sent to an AI service overseas.
Will HeyMi make changes in our systems?
No. HeyMi responds and recommends. It doesn’t act inside your systems on its own.
