What’s DataMi?

DataMi is our data cleansing and readiness service. We clean, match and reshape business data so CoreMi and HeyMi work on numbers you can trust, then hand over a documented process that keeps it right.

How is this different from hiring a contractor to clean the data?

A contractor cleans the file. We write down the rules, turn them into a process and hand that process to you, so the same work runs again next month without anybody rebuilding it.

What happens to records the rules can’t resolve?

They’re listed as exceptions and put in front of a person in your business. Nothing is silently guessed. That list is often the most valuable thing the first pass produces, because it shows exactly where the business disagrees with itself.

Is our data sent to an AI service?

No. DataMi work is processed in Australia, in our own private cloud, and your data isn’t sent to external AI services. Transfers are encrypted, and source files are deleted on schedule or on request.

Can you help with a migration already underway?

Yes, and it’s common. Coming in mid-project usually starts with profiling what’s actually in the source systems, which is often different from what the project plan assumed.
